Thanks for visiting our new site. We used to be called WheatWatchers.com, but so many people wanted to know more about other food allergies and intolerances, that we have changed our name to AllergyWatchers.com

AllergyWatchers was born of a real commitment when professional cookery writer, Antoinette Savill, discovered that she was intolerant to wheat and dairy products - but was determined not to spend the rest of her life eating tasteless food
