Drain the anchovies, put them in a saucer and pour over virtually fat-free Carefully rinse the prepared anchovies under warm running water and leave them to drain. When they are dry, chop them into quarters and put them into a bowl Add the pepper, garlic, and pesto sauce. Stir in a little olive oil, according to how strict your diet is. If the capers were packed in salt, rinse them under cold water Drain and add to the anchovy mixture. Mix well Bring a saucepan of water to the boil with a little salt Serve immediately, sprinkled with the fresh parsley
